As Founder & Director 4Track Learning, he is heading Business Development, Finance and day to day operations. Sharad is Post Graduate from University of Dundee, UK in Strategic Management and Finance and has served British High Commission, New Delhi as Visa Officer. Also worked as Director of Foreign Relations and Tie Ups with many institutions and has gained reputation because of his expertise in student exchange programs and foreign tie ups with respected foreign institutions.His interpersonal skills enable him to communicate well with parents, students and other professionals. His experience has skilled him in researching and procuring essential educational programmes for students and mid-level professionals. He has led promotional programs for several foreign universities in India.He heads foreign tie-ups and visa department. Apart from India, he has also has supported students from the neighbour countries of Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

She has served the industry in different position and profile and is an Executive Director at 4Track Learning. A master administrator, she has expertise in Training & Leading the Program. She also runs 4Track Foundation which is working towards Social and Economic development of Human Being. She is very down to earth and Leading the Awareness Project of Hygiene & Cleanliness among Rural Women & Children. She is also handling Projects empowering children and young people through access to education. As she believes that it is through these measures, focusing on forward-looking overall social and economic development, that today’s children will become tomorrow’s agents of change and raise awareness of the importance of individual actions to limit pollution, encourage sustainable growth, and improve the lives of the people of India. She also believes that “Self-reform automatically leads to social reform”.

Shaheen is an MBA in HR & Marketing from IIMS and holds great expertise in Education & Training field. She has extensive experience of working with IBS Hyderabad (Top Business school), Centum Learning-A Bharti Associate Company, and HCL-Career Development. A rich and vivid experience of 7 years made her work in a broader spectrum right from handling Orientation to designing syllabus for skill development courses. She has handled many projects successfully in different arena of Sales Promotion, Retail Training, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SIM (Students Internship Programme), Overseas Education & Recruitments, and Back-end Office Operations. Presently, she is working with 4Track Learning as HR & Office Operations – Head. Capable of delivering influential and inspiring speech she anchored several Symposium and Training Programs. She was awarded Best Employee of the Year from 4Track Learning on her best Performance in her field. Her empathy reflects in the diligence with which she carries out Social work initiatives in care of her present Organization’s 4Track Foundation.
